I liked Leadbeater&#039;s point that the leaders in existing networked collaborative projects tend to be quiet, self-effacing individuals. One individual that comes to mind as example of this is Matz, inventor of the Ruby programming language: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yukihiro_Matsumoto</description>
